The 704A hydrogenation catalyst protector is prepared using macroporous Al₂O₃ as the carrier and Mo and Ni as the active components. This catalyst adopts a Raschig ring configuration with a porosity exceeding 50%. It features high demetallization activity, large fouling tolerance, and low pressure drop across the bed.

The product is packaged in lidded rigid cardboard drums lined with plastic bags. The exterior of the drums is marked with the catalyst name, net weight, batch number, and production date. During transportation, the drums must be covered, protected from moisture, and shielded from violent shaking or impact. Do not drop or roll the catalyst drums during handling. Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, ensuring protection from moisture. Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline chemical reagents and other harmful substances to prevent impairment of the catalyst's activity. (Note: Documentation regarding catalyst loading, vulcanization, and operational specifications will be provided separately.)
