    Product Features and Applications

    704 Hydrogenation Catalyst Protector utilizes an inert alumina carrier modified with alkaline minerals, featuring a honeycomb structure and containing trace amounts of molybdenum and nickel hydrogenation active components. It hydrolyzes organic iron in feedstock and converts it into iron sulfide deposited within the pore channels, thereby removing metals from the feedstock and protecting hydrogenation refining and hydrocracking catalysts. Suitable for fractionation oil hydrogenation, hydrocracking, and heavy oil hydrogenation units. This catalyst features high strength, strong coking resistance, large pore size, high pore volume, and low specific surface area. It serves as a protector for hydrogenation process refining catalysts, effectively removing iron, accommodating iron and deposits, suppressing reactor pressure differential increases, and extending unit operating cycles.

    Transportation and Storage

    The product is packaged in lidded rigid cardboard drums lined with plastic bags. The exterior of the drums is marked with the catalyst name, net weight, batch number, and production date. During transportation, the drums must be covered, protected from moisture, and shielded from violent shaking or impact. Do not drop or roll the catalyst drums during handling. Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, ensuring protection from moisture. Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline chemical reagents and other harmful substances to prevent impairment of the catalyst's activity. (Note: Documentation regarding catalyst loading, vulcanization, and operational specifications will be provided separately.)
