    Product Features

    01TiO₂ catalyst is a sulfur recovery catalyst based on TiO₂ that resists sulfation. Compared to the Al₂O₃-based catalysts currently being promoted for industrial use, this catalyst exhibits the following characteristics:
    (1) It demonstrates higher catalytic activity for the hydrolysis of organosulfur compounds and the Claus reaction of H₂S and SO₂, approaching thermodynamic equilibrium.
    (2) It exhibits low sensitivity to “O2 leakage” poisoning, with hydrolysis reaction tolerance reaching 2000 ppm and Claus reaction tolerance as high as 10000 ppm. Activity is nearly fully restored once high-concentration O2 influence is eliminated.
    (3) Achieves equivalent conversion levels with a shorter contact time of approximately 3 seconds, corresponding to a space velocity of 1000–12000 h⁻¹. This enables reduced reactor volume.
    The following outlines the product performance and usage precautions for the 01 TiO₂-based catalyst:

    When employing stratified loading, the 01TiO₂ catalyst can be loaded in the lower section of the first reactor bed where temperatures are higher, occupying approximately one-third to one-half of the total bed volume. This facilitates the hydrolysis reaction of organic sulfides.

    01TiO₂ Catalysts are packaged in rigid cardboard drums lined with plastic bags (or packaged according to customer requirements). During transportation, precautions must be taken to prevent moisture exposure, avoid violent shaking such as rolling or impact, and ensure rain protection. Catalysts should be stored in dry, well-ventilated warehouses, strictly guarding against moisture absorption or contamination.
