    Product Features

    510 Ambient Temperature Organic Sulfur Hydrolyzer is a novel hydrolyzer utilizing activated alumina as a carrier with special additives, enabling operation at ambient temperatures. It achieves over 95% conversion rate for COS at 55–110°C and also possesses removal capabilities for CS, chlorides, and hydrides. When used in series with ambient-temperature precision desulfurization agents, the system's total sulfur content can be reduced to below 0.03 ppm, achieving precision desulfurization.

    Suitable for hydrolytic removal of COS in process gases such as synthesis gas, natural gas, field gas, shift gas, urea, gaseous hydrocarbons, liquid hydrocarbons, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), coal chemical industry, and steel industry.

    Packaging and Storage/Transportation Conditions

    1. This product is packaged in cardboard drums or woven bags lined with plastic to prevent moisture absorption and chemical contamination.

    2. Avoid rolling, impact, and severe vibration during transportation to prevent fragmentation.

    3. Store in a dry warehouse, separate from other chemicals. Strictly prevent contamination, moisture absorption, and damage.

    4. The product has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture. After 3 years, retest and use only if it passes inspection.
